1. What products do you offer?
We offer grass-fed, pasture-raised beef and porky, along with farm-fresh eggs. All of our products are raised and produced on our family farm in Utah, ensuring high-quality and ethically raised meats and eggs.
2. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to homes in San Diego County. If you are within this area, we’d be happy to bring our farm-fresh products right to your door.
3. What is the delivery fee?
There is a flat $5 delivery fee for all orders.
4. How often do you deliver?
Deliveries are made on a weekly basis. You will receive a notification with the exact delivery day and time after placing your order.
5. Is there a minimum order requirement for delivery?
No, there is no minimum order requirement for delivery. You can order as little or as much as you need!
6. Do you ship?
No, at this time we do not ship our products, you will need to live within our delivery range to order.
7. Are your products organic?
While our products are not certified organic, our animals are grass-fed and pasture-raised without the use of antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs. We are committed to sustainable and ethical farming practices.
8. How are your animals raised?
Our animals are raised on open pastures with plenty of space to roam. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed, and our pigs raised on open pastures where they can forage, root, and roam freely. This natural environment reduces stress and allows the animals to express their natural behaviors.
9. How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website. Simply browse our product selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for online orders.
11. Can I pick up my order from the farm?
Currently, we do not offer farm pickups. We specialize in home delivery to ensure our products reach you fresh and in the best condition.
12. How do I store my products once delivered?
Our meats are delivered frozen to ensure freshness. We recommend storing them in your freezer until you’re ready to use them. Eggs should be refrigerated upon delivery.
13. What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
